Rooted in Christ
Colossians 2:7
Rooted is a farming word before it is a faith word. Paul uses it in Colossians to describe a life that has already gone down deep, drawing from something other than the weather above the soil.
The design puts roots under the lettering, so the picture does the explaining: what is below the surface decides whether the plant survives a dry summer. It is printed on the back of the 1717 tee, the long sleeve and the crewneck, in black, white and cream, with a youth cut so a whole family can wear the same words. It is a slow design for people who are in it for the long season rather than the loud one.
