Privacy Policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

Strictly Crosses collects the information it needs to take your order, have it made and shipped, answer your messages and send the emails you asked for. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1.Information you give us

  • Contact details: your name, email address, shipping address and, where you provide one, the phone number a carrier may need.
  • Order details: the items you bought, sizes, colours, and any notes you add at checkout, such as gift or delivery instructions.
  • Messages: what you send us through the contact form, a return request or a reply to one of our emails.
  • Newsletter and text signups: your email address, your first name when you add it, and the mobile number you give us when you ask us to text you.

2.Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, a payment processor. Your card number and security code go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Strictly Crosses. We receive the result of the payment, the amount, the last digits of the card and the billing details needed to process a refund if you ask for one.

3.Information collected automatically

Like most online stores, we and our service providers record limited technical information when you use the site: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site you arrived from. This information is used in aggregate to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and understand which products shoppers are looking for.

4.How we use your information

  • To take payment, make your order and have it shipped to you.
  • To send order updates, tracking details and answers to your questions.
  • To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
  • To send our newsletter and discount offers, but only if you signed up for them.
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive orders.
  • To keep accounting records and meet our legal and tax obligations.
  • To improve the shop: what is popular, what needs better descriptions, what is missing.

5.Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs:

  • Stripe, to process payments securely.
  • The maker and print partners who produce and ship your order. They receive the name, shipping address and items needed to fulfil and ship it, and may not use it for anything else.
  • Our email provider, to deliver order updates and newsletters you asked for.
  • Our website and hosting providers, who store the data on our behalf.
  • Authorities or third parties, where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

6.Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep your cart working, keep you signed in if you have an account, remember your cookie choice, and let our checkout and security provider do its job. We may use limited analytics to count visits and see which pages shoppers use.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout may not work. Some browsers offer a global privacy control; where we are required to honour it, we do.

7.Marketing emails

You only receive marketing email if you signed up, for example through the welcome offer on our home page. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time through the Contact page. Order and shipping emails are part of your purchase and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

8.Marketing texts

We only send marketing text messages to a mobile number you gave us with your express written consent. You give that consent by ticking the text message box when you claim the 10% welcome offer or when you check out, which confirms that you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Strictly Crosses at the number you provide, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Agreeing to text messages is never a condition of shopping with us. You can place an order and claim the welcome discount with the box left unticked, and message frequency varies, up to about four messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Every marketing text tells you how to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we stop sending marketing texts to that number, usually straight away and within 24 hours at the latest; reply HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop through the Contact page. We keep a record of when and where you consented, and of your opt out, so we do not text you again.

Stopping marketing texts does not affect the order, dispatch and delivery emails that come with a purchase.

9.How long we keep it

We keep order records, including the details needed to handle a return or refund, for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons, and then delete or anonymise them. Contact messages and newsletter details are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until they are clearly no longer needed.

10.Security

Data sent between your browser and the site is encrypted. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never touch our servers. No online system is perfectly secure, so we keep only the information we actually need, and we limit who can access it.

11.Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop sending marketing email or marketing texts. California residents have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion and to opt out of its sale, and we do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us and we will confirm what we need to verify it, then respond within the time the law allows.

12.Children

Our shop is meant for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

13.Where your information is processed

Strictly Crosses operates in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there by us and by our service providers.

14.Links to other sites

Our site and our emails may link to other websites, including the maker pages of the partners who supply our pieces. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

15.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the shop grows. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.

16.Contact us

Questions about your information, or a request to see, correct or delete it? Send us a message through the Contact page and we will help within one business day.
