Terms of Service

Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Strictly Crosses website and any order you place through it. By browsing the shop or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

1.Who we are

Strictly Crosses is an independent online retailer of faith-inspired crosses, jewelry, apparel and scripture wall art, selling to customers in the United States. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Strictly Crosses, and “you” means the person visiting the site or placing an order.

2.Using the site

You may browse the site and place orders for personal use. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access parts of it that are not meant for you, copy it in bulk, place fraudulent orders, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

3.Buying from us

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you. When you order, you confirm that the information you give us, including your shipping address and payment details, is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Items are made and dispatched by the maker and print partners who craft them.

4.Products, photos and descriptions

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including its material, size, finish and the verse it carries. Because most pieces are handcrafted or made to order, small variations in colour, grain, tone and finish are normal and are part of the character of the piece rather than a fault.

Photos are illustrative. Screen settings differ, so a colour may look slightly different in your home than on your screen.

5.Prices, taxes and errors

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout in the states where we are registered to collect it.

Occasionally a price, description or stock level may be wrong, usually because a supplier changed it. If we find an error in your order before it is dispatched, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund. If the item is no longer available, we will cancel that part of the order and refund it.

6.Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, and until then we may decline or cancel it, for example where the item is unavailable, the price was clearly wrong, we suspect fraud, or the order looks like it is for resale.

Payment is taken through our payment processor, Stripe, using the method you choose at checkout. Your card is authorised when you place the order and charged when the order is accepted. We never see or store your full card details.

7.Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms and apply to every order.

8.Discount codes and offers

Discount codes, welcome offers and promotions are for personal use, have no cash value, cannot be resold and, unless we say otherwise, cannot be combined with each other or used on gift cards, taxes or shipping. One code per order. We may withdraw a code or offer at any time, and expired codes cannot be used.

9.Text message program

When you tick the text message box to claim our welcome offer or at checkout, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Strictly Crosses at the mobile number you give us, including messages about new arrivals, offers and verses. Your signature on that checkbox is your written consent. Please tick it only if you are the account holder for that number, or have the account holder's permission.

You do not have to agree to text messages to buy from us, to claim a discount code or to use the site, and the box is never ticked for you. Message frequency varies, up to about four messages a month. Message and data rates may apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, which stops future marketing texts to that number, and replying HELP returns help information. Withdrawing consent does not affect any order you have placed. We may change or end the text message program at any time and will update this page when we do. How we handle the mobile number you give us is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10.Our content and intellectual property

The Strictly Crosses name, logo, product photography, page text, guides and the design of this site belong to us or to the partners and artists who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share a link to a page and use our photos when telling others about a piece you bought, but you may not copy our content or images for your own shop, advertising or product listings without written permission.

Scripture quotations used on our pieces and in our guides come from translations that are in the public domain or are credited to their publishers.

11.Reviews and other content you send us

If you send us a review, photo, comment or message, it stays yours, but you give us permission to show it, shorten it and use it on the site, in email and on our social channels alongside your first name and, if you give one, your city. You confirm it is your own content, that it is accurate and lawful, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content we consider misleading, abusive or unlawful.

12.Links to other sites

We link to partner, artist and reference websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

13.Availability of the site

We work to keep the shop online and accurate, but we do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it, including products, at any time.

14.Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided as they are, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

15.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for anything else that cannot be limited by law, or for personal injury or property damage caused by our negligence where the law does not allow us to limit it. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or content you send us.

17.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to Florida's conflict of law rules. Strictly Crosses is registered as a business in Florida, and this is the state whose law applies to your order and to any dispute about it.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first: almost every issue with an order is settled with a message and either a replacement or a refund. If we cannot settle it, both sides agree to the state and federal courts located in Florida, and either side may still bring a claim in small claims court in Florida or seek relief for infringement of intellectual property.

18.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the shop grows. The version published on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies. If a change is significant we will make it clear on the site, and the terms in force when you placed your order continue to govern that order.

19.General

If one part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A failure to enforce a part of these terms is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Shipping, Returns and Refunds and Privacy policies, are the whole agreement between us about your use of the site and your orders.

20.Contact us
