Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside the United States, send us a message before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Free standard shipping on every order of $50 or more, measured on the item subtotal after any discount and before tax. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $7.99, no matter how many items are in the order.

How long until my order is on its way?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern on a business day are usually processed the same day; every other order is processed on the next business day. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Made-to-order pieces, engraved items and fine art prints take a little longer to prepare, usually 2 to 4 business days before they are dispatched.

Will everything arrive in one parcel?

Our pieces are made and dispatched by the maker and print partners who craft them. If your order contains items from more than one partner, it may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days. There is no extra shipping charge for a split order, and each parcel carries its own tracking number.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 5 to 10 business days after an item is dispatched, and most orders arrive in about a week in total. Remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes can take a little longer. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

What are the typical times for the items you sell?

Because each piece is made and shipped by the partner who crafts it, the timeline depends on what you ordered: Wall crosses, tabletop crosses, jewelry and apparel: dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, then 5 to 10 business days in transit.; Made-to-order, engraved and personalised pieces: 2 to 4 business days to prepare, then 5 to 10 business days in transit.; Fine art prints and custom framed pieces: 2 to 4 business days to print and frame, then 5 to 10 business days in transit.

What if my order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, send us a message with your order number and we will chase it with the partner who shipped it. Severe weather, carrier backlogs, postal disruptions and public holidays can delay a parcel after it has left us. These delays are outside our control, but we will keep you informed and help you follow the parcel.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking number as soon as each parcel leaves the partner who is shipping it. You can also follow your order at any time on the Order Status page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout. No account is needed.

Where do I find my order number?

Accepted Answer

Your order number looks like SC-10042. It is in your order confirmation email, and in the My Orders area of your account if you have one.

What do the delivery status stages mean?

Accepted Answer

The Order Status page shows five stages, so you always know where your order is: Order Placed: we have received your order.; Confirmed: your order has been confirmed and passed to the partner who makes it.; Shipped: your order has left the partner and is on its way, with its tracking number.; Out for Delivery: your parcel is with the carrier on its final leg to you.; Delivered: your parcel has arrived.

My tracking has not updated yet. Is something wrong?

Not usually. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active with the carrier after a label is created, and the first scan sometimes appears a day or two after dispatch. If the tracking page has shown no movement for several days, send us your order number and we will look into it with the partner who shipped it.

Question 12

Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find the parcel.

Please check around your door, porch, mailbox and with neighbours first, and with your local carrier office, as parcels are occasionally scanned early or left in an unexpected place. If it is still missing, contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
